Receive it for repair. Phone is password lock after verifying that the device is not lost or stolen

I did some research and found a solution to it

When I receive it. Software is based on EMUI 10 Android 10.

I notice that the security patch level has been updated to Oct 2019. It is so secure that there is no way to bypass the lock.

So I pop in a memory card loaded with some software. Downgraded the OS to EMUI 9.1 Android 9

Found vulnerability/weakness in the software. Booted into safe mode. Enabling the developer settings and turn on OEM unlock

Success the password has been removed.
